Fee Details For Income Certificate- Government charge a nominal amount as fee for processing and issuance of Income Certificate. This fee structure is prescribed by State Government. On payment of this fee, applicant can obtain the certificate. In case of offline submission of application, cash payment will be accepted and for online service, fee can be paid through Debit Card/ Credit Card/ Internet Banking. An acknowledgement receipt will be given on payment of fee.

Application Fee is fixed by every State Government. So, it can vary from state to state. In some of the states, this service is provided free of cost.

In a few states of India, You can pay your Application Fee for Income Certificate through Online Mode using Netbanking/ Credit Card/ Debit Card etc. However, in some states you can only pay through Bank Challan or Cash on Counter.

The Fee can be deposited in the CSC Center/ E-District/ E-Disha Kendra or Mee-Sewa etc.

The Charges for Income Certificate may be Rs. 10 to 30 Rs. as per the state government rules.

After paying the Fee, acknowledgement Receipt of application can be obtained from the counter. In case you are paying Application Fee online through the portal, can Download fee receipt through the same portal. You can  track the status of your income certificate on state government’s website (if provided by state government) by entering Application ID in required details.
