Procedure To Apply For Death Certificate in Uttar Pradesh-

Municipal Corporation of Uttar Praedsh has started E- Municipalities Central Application to provide online services like Birth Certificate, Death Certificate, License Certificate to citizens of Uttar Pradesh and employees of Urban Bodies. To avail the services, citizen has to register on urban local bodies website. On registration, log in ID Password  will be delivered to the citizens. After Logging in, Form required for Death Registration can be filled.

Verify Death Certificate in Uttar Pradesh-

Death Certificate can be verified online. To verify the details of Death Certificate, just need to enter the registration number displayed on acknowledgement slip. Details will be  displayed on screen.

Check Death certificate-

It is so easy to check the status of application made in order to Death Registration. Status can be checked by Acknowledgement Number, Registration No., City Name and Date of Death.
